Abstract: This study used over 7,000 consumer households to understand the characteristics of consumers who shop by using television shopping shows. The results show that there are significant demographic differences , media habit diferences, and differences in the use of major travel and bank credit cards between users and nonusers of television shopping shows. These differences have important implications for marketers of electronic shopping.
