Abstract: Loyalty behaviour of the customer or target market is a key to the success of any particular retail business. This study examined the extent of relationship between lifestyles and loyalty patronage behaviour. Data was obtained from 215 respondents residing in selected areas of the Kuala Lumpur metropolitan city. A personal interview method of data collection procedure was adopted. Four lifestyle dimensions were used, and only Innovativeness and Ethnicity consciousness showed significant relationship with loyalty patronage.
