| Abstract: | The present utilization practices seem to result in considerable wastage of timber resources, which can be converted into more value-added finished products. Various types of waste, where they occur, the amount and possibilities of converting it into useful product are discussed. A fuller use of raw materials will serve to conserve the timber resources and also improves the environment by reducing the amount of unutilized residues. |
