Abstract: A Cosmopolitan community might be based on an inclusive morality, a shared economic relationship, or a political structure that encompasses different nations. In its more positive versions, the cosmopolitan community is one in which individuals from different places form relationships of mutual respect. Hence, a cosmopolitan community brings into focus the power of culture and promotes integration and removal not only of cultural barriers but of many negative dimensions of an agenda also delimits the cultures of the marginalized communities in its enterprise of neo colonial culture. Therefore, cosmopolitanism could be a vital step toward a more stable world. However, such expansion. This article considers Southeast Asian immigrants as a minor ethnic group in Canada, and focuses on the nature of their ethnicity and cultural identity. The concept of globalization and resulting sense of cosmopolitanism among these immigrants and other ethnic groups is discussed, dialogue seems unavoidable for creating a unified identity and a sense of belonging among all minor and their extent of integration into one unified cultural identity is examined.
