Abstract: | Fifteen years ago, I would probably have declined any invitation to speak on " The Message to the 2 1st Century." As a young man, l used to be a confirmed pessimist, because it was and is easier for concerned thinkers to be pessimistic than optimistic. There inevitably are errors on both sides. If and when proved wrong, however, the optimist is grieved but the pessimist is pleased. |
