Abstract: | Corporate and marketing strategists have begun to seriously address the problems of adapting to turbulent environments. The concepts of adaptation and turbulence are discussed. Some of the difficulties with both notions are described. It is concluded that strategic advantage rests with creating turbulence or changing the rules. |
