Abstract: Social responsibility and ethical decision making are increasingly becoming more important goals for business. A review of the literature indicates continued conflict between profit objectives and ethical objectives. It is not clear whether business students are less ethical , as ethical , or more ethical than practitioners. The results of the research are also equivocal as to the effectiveness of business ethics education, The many unresolved issues in ethics education will require additional and different research efforts.
