Abstract: This paper discussed the development of the Intelligent Maintenance Decision Support Tools to enhance the Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for palm oil mills. It is an integrated method of maintenance decision-making by utilising Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Logic Rule Based (FLRB) to improve the decision making. The final result would be a great benefit to Maintenance Engineers in solving their problems in maintenance activities jobs. Basically, the main major problems in any maintenance activities are having unclear robust maintenance criteria's that will prolonged the life of any equipments or machines without increasing the maintenance costs. Before this all maintenance activities always rely on the scheduled activities and decision by experienced maintenance staffs which are due to various different and subjective assessments. The integrated method which is an enhancement for CMMS would help the decision maker make the right decision based on their criteria in their maintenance activities tasks.
