Abstract: | There is basically a widespread agreement that educational inadequacies are enormously detrimental, and that they may conceivably cost a nation's freedom. A sense of crisis is shaped by the convergence of rapid change in modern science, a high birth rate, and the expanding thrust of totalitarianism. Nearly every developing country, realizing this fact, is spending increasingly larger portions of its national income on educating its youth. |
