Abstract: In 2006, Malaysian government was introduced the National Sexuality Education Guideline to overcome social problems amongst the juveniles. An early study related to the perception of the teachers and students towards the sexual education curriculum taught in school currently was carried out. The study showed that there are big gaps between the perception of the students and teachers towards several issues related to the current sexual education in Malaysia school. The theoretical framework of MSE approach animation was designed and developed based on several learning theories and user interface design concept to handle the sensitive and delicate issues of the sexuality subject for Malaysian. In conclusion, the effort of developing the MSE courseware is hopefully will be a solution to the Malaysian teachers and secondary students problems in teaching and learning of sexuality subject matter
