Abstract: Mobile learning is defined by various researchers with a focus on the novelty and development of handheld technologies, such as mobile phones, and wireless technologies, such as laptops, allowing easy access to resources. The unique communication facilities at any time or location and the provision of learning content of the mobile technology are dynamically dependent on the learner's location, context and device. The objectives of the study are to develop a digital m-content for selected post graduate courses based on a suitable instructional model developed and to evaluate the usability and suitability of the m-content developed. This study is hoped to benefit the post graduate students who are adult learners. On the other hand, the just-in-time mobile features are also hoped to benefit the part-time students to access learning materials.
