Abstract: This paper outlines the central importance of a learning organization and the culture of integrity that allows capacity building for lifelong learning, which is imperative in organizations. A learning organization is an organization where people continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire, where new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured, where collective aspiration is set free, and where people are continually learning how to learn together. The direct correlation between education and work are apparent in this agenda. A learning organization which inculcates individuals with the noble values of honesty, ethics and personal integrity is able to practice good governance and achieve the vision and mission of the organization. A part of the strategy in a learning organization need to inculcate good values and a high moral standard in their workers. They have to nurture the seeds of responsibility in every individual in the organization. The learning organization provides an environment for learning throughout the life of the employees.
