Ethics is also defined as a set of normative rules of conduct, a code, a standard, or a set of principles that govern what one ought to do when the well-being, rights or duties of oneself or others is at stake. Business ethics on the other hand, seeks to understand business practices, institutions, and actions in light of what is right and good. Business ethics is usually defined as a set of normative rules of conduct, a code, a standard, or set of principles that govern what one ought to do when the well-being, rights or duties of others are at stake in the practical context of business.en_US
