| Abstract: | The analysis of soybeans marketing at the Collecting Traders Level in Aceh Utara District dicusses only the margin of soybeans trading. The objective of this research is to identity factors that influence the soybeans trading margin at rural, subdistrict and district levels. Four subdistricts were included in the study comprising the biggest soybeans producers in the district, namely Peusangan, Jeumpa, Peudada and Jeunib. The result of multiple refression analysis shows that all independent variables covering the volume of commodity sold, the buying price, the distance of transportation, and the working capital significantly influence the margin of soybeans trading. Based on the results the multiple linear regression is assumed to be acceptable and useful in predicting the margin of soybeans trading at every level of collecting traders in Aceh Utara District. |
