| dc.description.abstract | This paper attempts to highlight some of the problems faced by rural youths who work in urban industries. Basically it is a preliminary report on the study which is still in progress, of the affects of urbanization and industrialization of the Malays. Research on this topic began in February 1978 and it is expected to be completed in July or August the same year. Area of study covers the industrial estates of Negri Sembilan and Melaka.
