We are gathered today to mark in our own way the 10th anniversary of the con- vening of the UN Conference on the Human Environment which was held in Stockholm. We do not have hordes of VIPs present and consequently the TV lights are missing, we do not have the money and so the papers are single-space typed and the usual trap- pings are missing. We only have the President of EPSM performing the opening. BUT we hope that the message is not lost, although many parties will try to ignore it.en_US
