| Abstract: | The occasion to commemorate the 25th year of independence of Sarawak within Malaysia is a good point in time to take an overview of the agricultural development opportunity in the State and, from a private sector viewpoint, the opportunity of large-scale commercial agricultural development in particular. This is not only because occasion such as this is an appropriate one, but also because the emerging scenario seems to point some distinct prospect that holds promise, yet not without problems. |
