It gives me great pleasure to be here today, to address an important topic; one that I feel is vital to the success of tourism in Malaysia. It involves working together to achieve a common goal. What I will be discussing is Multinational Corporations' (especially those involved in tourism) contributions and interface with the Government and Malaysian private sector to growing tourism in Malaysia. Let me begin by describing who is involved or the players, success factors, roles and relationships in making tourism work. I will also give you some examples to illustrate the teamwork needed to achieve our goal. These examples will come from my own experience with American Express experiences that have been successful.en_US
