Competition with cooperation: cooperation and development of Pan-PRD and ASEAN within the context of economy globalization

Abstract

No matter "10+1" (CAFTA-China-Asian Free Trade Area) or "9+2", they are both the results of economic globalization and integration of regional economies. "10+1" refers to the multinational economic cooperation, and "9+2" refers to regional cooperation within one country. Except different dominions, their fundamental aim is one that is to get the "win-win" fruit and improving the ability to facing economic globalization and the integration of regional economy of areas with cooperation and reinforcement. With the same aim and the advantages such as living closely, similar culture and genesis, we have the advantageous qualification of regional cooperation between Pan Pearl River Delta and ASEAN.
