Abstract: | The Pan-Pearl River Delta (Pan-PRD) and the ASEAN, though originated for different objectives, have some similarities. Both are not "regions" of entirely "homogeneous" characteristics; they have within themselves large varieties in geography, history, cultures, religions, political systems, as well as types and stages of development. These variations, on the other hand, might achieve complementarity, reinforcing each other to attain better result than in "homogeneous" region. |
