Talking points on state-business co-operation,dynamic development and economic reforms

Abstract

THIS paper will merely ask four questions: 1. Why is it important for the public and private sectors to co-operate with regard to: (a) economic reforms, and (b) dynamic development? 2. Why is there such inadequate levels of co-operation between the public and private sectors in most countries? 3. What are the dangers to avoid? 4. How can or should the public and private sectors productively co-operate? What are the forms, patterns, instrumentalities and processes for such productive co-operation?
