dc.description.abstractWaste has been a big problem for a lot of metropolitan cities, including Jakarta. Waste Bank is a social entrepreneurship venture that aims to increase community welfare and environmental sustainability. Waste Bank customers save by utilizing their household garbage. The purpose of this program is to help the Waste Bank to develop their staff capability in order to expand their customers. This program is located in Jakarta since 2011. The output of this program are the staff members of Waste Bank who have better management knowledge and skills in general management, information technology, marketing management, financial management, accounting, banking management, and Waste Bank Pocket Books.en_US
