Abstract: The hand rehabilitation exercise of the person affected by cerebral apoplexy is an important issue researched worldwide. In recent years, it has been known that the recovery of the exercise function and the sensory function has become possible thanks to the brain plasticity. In this research, we try to reviving an exercise function and a sensory function. We have developed a complex rehabilitation device system to solve these problems. The conventional hand rehabilitation exercise puts an important point only on the exercise function. We give a mechanical stimulation directly to the tactile senses. In this paper, we report the system configuration and evaluation result when using complex rehabilitation device.
