dc.description.abstractPast literature have provided numerous views on the impact of colonialism in shaping various aspects of Malaysia's socio-economic history. However, not much attention has been given on the particular issue of how far colonialism has affected positively or negatively in the long-term development of technological capabilities in the country. This paper will explore current literature that can be used to provide some insights on this issue. It will conclude with some suggestions for further research.en_US
