Abstract: | Mr. Choi is the Head of the Strategic Planning Office at the Korea Stock Exchange (KSE). He has been with KSE since 1986, beginning as a staff member in the planning of the stock market operations. As an assistant manager from 1989 to 1994, Mr. Choi was in charge of market operating, disclosure, listing and futures market development. Prior to his current position, Mr. Choi was the division manager from 1995 to 2000 overseeing listing examinations, tradi ng investigations, planning, market surveillance and international relations. Previously, Mr. Choi has also worked for the Samsung Corporation and the Korean Committee on Corporate Governance. Mr. Choi received his MBA from Pennsylvani a State University in Pennsylvania, USA, and his BA from Sogang University, Business School, Seoul, Korea. |
