dc.description.abstractThe preparation methodology of the novel designed bicyclic Schiff-base lanthanide complex as fluorescent probes labeling with biopolymer was studied. The synthesis and fluorescent properties of model europium (Ill) macrocyclic complex are reported. We introduce a facile method for preparation of the bridge moiety of the bicyclic complex. The moiety containing two vicinal diamino units were prepared from tetracarboxylic dianhydride coupled with two histamines by subsequent ring cleavage reaction.en_US
