Description:	Sustainability practices in accordance with the environment, economic, and socialdimensions are important constituents of the palm oil milling sub sector for its effective contribution to the Gross National Income (GNI) in Malaysia. A major threat faced by the palm oil mills is the possible adoption of below par sustainability practices that can result in environmental pollution during processing, thus affecting economic and social sustainability. This is reflected in lesser profitability, lower production rate, lesser investment for technological advancement, and lower labor productivity/real wage. This research study seeks to identify the level of sustainability practices; and analyzes the relationship between environment, economic and social sustainable practices and sustainability performance of palm oil millers in Malaysia. The collection of primary data was through a questionnaire-based survey from senior management respondents of 54 palm oil mills from several states in Peninsular Malaysia. Selection of respondents was based on the MPOB Palm oil mills database, using the non-probability convenience sampling technique. In addition to descriptive statistics and spider gram presentation, the data were also analyzed to test the proposed model through advanced statistical assessments such as path measurement modelling via SPSS 24, SMART PLS 3.0-SEM. The findings of the study reveal that for the first objective, the surveyed mills using biogas and biofuels, produced lesser air and water pollution, and in tandem, produced lesser Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO). For the second objective, the results highlighted that the adoption of sustainable practices for environment conservation and social commitment has led to improved sustainability performance. However, the government needs to support the middle and small-scaled milling firms specifically in investment in small machinery to increase production efficiency. Besides, additional policies and strategies need to be introduced to strengthen economic sustainability to overcome the problem of low CPO production with mill management improving the quality of work-life via a more attractive wage and incentive plan. Thus, this study provides the necessary enlightenment through the support of empirical data in revising national, state, and local policies and regulations and shed light on additional pportunities for mills to improve their sustainability performance. Based on the findings, this study implicates a set of policy recommendations influence the palm oil mill sustainability practices by rebuilding the national policies with expert hand for small and medium-scaled millers in Peninsular Malaysia and intertwined relationship between sustainability practices and performances were outlined which may help to extend the current variables to the next level.,'Certification of Master's / Doctoral Thesis' is not available,Ph.D.
