The globalization is good for Chinese higher education to stand on the height of the development of the whole world, to cultivate persons who have the world consciousness; The globalization is good for China to adopt the world higher education resources, to improve the overall efficiency of higher education. However, globalization may also damage the nation sovereignty, resulting in the outflow of Chinese universities students and talented peoples, the fierce conflict of university students' ideological concepts, and even the chaotic phenomenon of values. At the same time, the globalization has a great impact on the personnel training modes and educational ideas of Chinese universities.
