Description: | It is a well-known fact that mothers have the capability to form the moral and behaviour of their children. However, there are many educators among mother who are failed to understand the basic of educational needs in producing leadership generation. It is observed that many Arabic children in Taman Sepakat2, Kajang are ignored by their mothers. They are belong the Arabic family who live in this area consist of approximately 140 families. Therefore, this study examines the concept of mother leadership and the extent this concept is applied among the Arabian mothers in this area in educating their children. The objectives of the study are to explain the concept of mother leadership and an understanding of its mission and vision. Moreover, the study also examines the negative implications in economic, politic and peaceful aspects on the mothers and education. Finally, the study explores the perception of the mothers in leadership roles that enable them in better education for their children.This is the quantitative study in which the data are gathered from questionnaires and analysed using SPSS. A total of 133 respondents consist of the Arabian mothers who live at area of Taman Sepakat-2 Kajang. The finding reveals that the economic aspect, the security and political situation experienced by most Arab countries have much influenced to the negative implications of education and care in general. The study finds83.3 percent of respondent could not see the relationship between the message, goal and planning in both aspects; caring and education. It can be said that they do not have enough knowledge regarding important steps in nurturing the Islamic teaching in their children. Finally, the results show that 76.7 percent are of the opinion that the leadership is not specially related to woman and children. These findings are the main barrier to the journey of authentic Islamic education. This study recommends mothers for earnestly educate their children in term of care and systematic method of education including using the latest technologies in producing the good Muslim generation.
