| Description: | Pankaj Kumar Choudhury was born in Varanasi (India) during 1965. His academic career was entirely spent in different institutions in Varanasi. He started his research career in 1989 from the Department of Applied Physics, Institute of Technology (IT), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi (India), and received the Ph.D. degree in Physics in 1992. From 1992 to 1997, he worked as a Research Associate in the Department of Electronics Engineering at IT, BHU.
