dc.description.abstractThis very brief paper attempts to identify some of the relationship between the size and distribution of the population and the degree of the development taking place in the various States of Malaysia, thereby demonstrating their great influence on the outcome of the various efforts to develop the many regions of the country. In the context of this paper , "regional development " refers to the development of the states. This term may also be applied to the more micro set up such a s the development of specific areas within the States, e.g. DARA, KEJORA etc.en_US
