This paper proposes a storytelling conceptual framework for organizations to capture the tacit knowledge that resides in the heads of the experts. The intention of capturing tacit knowledge is to address the problem that comes with the mobility of workforce in organisation. Every year, experience employees retire, transfer or quit taking away with them years of knowledge that has not been captured. Storytelling in knowledge management context is seen as a powerful management tool to communicate tacit knowledge in organisation.-
