dc.description.abstractITIL is the most widely used IT framework in majority of organizations in the world now. However, implementing such best practice experiences in on organization comes with some implementation challenges such as staff resistance, task conflicts and ambiguous orders. It means that implementing such framework is not easy and it can be caused of the organization destruction. This paper tries to describe overall view of ITIL framework and address major reason on the failure of this framework???s implementation in the organizations.-
