dc.description.abstract | The syncretical model combines ideas from existing writings on charismatic, transformatif leadership into a set of hypothesized causal and moderating relationships. The syncretical model consist of the six attributes transformational leadership and three follower beliefs. Six attributes of leader behavior - displays empathy, dramatizes the mission as independen variabel and follower inspiration as dependen variabel. The second model consist of: project self assurances and enhances the leader,s image as independen variabel and follower awe as dependen variabel .The third model consist of assures follower of theirs competency, provides followers with opportunities to experiences success as independen variabel and empowerment as dependen variabel | - |
