Abstract: The purpose of this investigation was to find out the significant relationship between depression, anxiety and stress with academic stress and self-concept. This study involved 59 boys and 75 girls and they were randomly selected from the population of ASASIpintar students (N = 134) in UKM Bangi. Three sets of questionnaire were distributed to assess their level of depression, academic stress and self-concept. Data collected were analyzed using Pearson Correlation and the findings explained the relationship between depression and academic stress, depression and self-concept, anxiety and academic stress, anxiety and self-concept, stress and self-concept, stress and academic stress as well as academic stress and self-concept among ASASIpintar students. It was found that all the relationships showed positive correlation. However, some of these findings contradict with past studies where the explanations are given in the discussion part.
