Croton laevifolius belongs to the family of Euphorbiaceae. Phytochemical study has been carried out on the flower of Croton laevifolius obtained from Gunung Stong, Kelantan. Two prenylated stilbenes were isolated which were identified as Laevifolin A and Laevifolin B. The structures of these compounds were elucidated based on spectroscopic methods including nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR-ID and 2D) as well as mass spectrometry. Keyword: Euphorbiaceae, Croton laevifolius, prenylated stilbenes, Laevifolin, NMR-
