dc.description.abstractOn the strategy for improving Madrasah Aliyah (Senior Secondary Madrasah's) education quality involve Head of Islamic Religious Education and Madrasah Field from the Provincial Ministry of Religions Affairs (MORA) and his section officials, along with Madrasah Aliyah Principal to get better comprehension upon all their operation and priorities. David (2006: 5) defined management strategic as the art and knowledge to formulate, implement, and evaluate interfunctional strategic decision which will allow the organisation to reach their goals. Strategy is a process to set some steps that will be done by internal and external evaluation that involving all the organisation components including it’s personnel to get the organisation excellence. Madrasah development is a process designed by the system to pull, gain, and improve the quality and quantity of the madrasah's components required to solve problems that arise as long as program/activities execution to reach the organisation goals. The strategy for improving Madrasah Aliyah education quality here an integrated part of governmental bureaucracy policies to resources aspect to determine development steps, covering recruitment, selection, developing, and evaluating process for personnel and other components that will carry out according direction had planned to reach national education goals in school/madrasah development. To increase the effectivity of strategy for madrasah education development implementation at the Provincial Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA) education division are required addition in quantity of the experts or termly contract recruitment for consultant that have competency in Planning, Human Resource, and Program Field so that can assist on the process to get both targets and goals to improve the quality of education at Senior Secondary Madrasah’s.en_US
