| Abstract: | The Code of Ethics is formulated to affirm and clarify fundamental policies of a company and to provide appropriate guidelines of conduct for all levels of staff. The highest priority on honesty and integrity of the staff and reputation of the company is demanded; hence, the need for a Code. The Code is meant as a guide for the staff in dealing with their daily activities and business decisions. No matter how comprehensive the code may be, it cannot cover all situations. |
