| dc.description.abstract | Advertising is part and parcel of consumers' everyday living, particularly in today's world of globalisation. It makes a dominant presence in the society as it is assumed that it contributes to better quality of life by widening consumers' choices for goods and services. This paper discusses some ethical concerns of advertising from a consumer's perspective. It argues that advertisers and advertising agencies agencies are socially responsibility for any information given to the consumers. The implications of advertising to human rights education will also be discussed. | en_US |
