Abstract

It is indeed a pleasure to be given this opportunity to address such a distinguished audience at a Seminar which is of the utmost importance at a trying time when Malaysians are wresting themselves from their old ways to new ones. This gathering of leaders from political, financial, management and labour sectors of Malaysia will certainly encourage the further communication to others when participants return to their homes and places of work.
