dc.description.abstractProductivity problems in any industrial enterprises are complicated interrelated and multi-disciplinary in nature. This case study paper briefly reviews such multifaceted problems in a food processing company and the approach used to tackle them. A summary of the recommendations suggested and the initial results obtained are included.
