Public enterprise: restructuring and Chinese capital under the new economic policy

Abstract

I would like to begin with a brief summary of the basic assumptions uponob which the original projections to reach the targets of the New Economic Policy were made in the Outline Perspective Plan, the progress attained so far with regard to restructuring, and the challenges which lie ahead and then I shall narrow down to the subject proper which is "Chinese Capital and the NEP".
