| Abstract: | The call for a New International Economic Order cannot be simply regarded in terms of its international ramifications only. No doubt that commodity arrangements, new international trade and monetary relations, reordering of aid priorities, and redefining the role of multi-national corporation can be considered crucial 90813in this context; it is still the national socio-economic condition a that will play the vital role in creating and to filling the new framework.
