Abstract: The dynamics of globalization have altered our environment and the fundamental requirements of complete business knowledge become crucial. When the west started preaching about globalization, it was on how it could help poor countries become rich, we all accepted this perception without asking too many questions. As technological advances and international trade continue to shrink the world in which we live, cross-cultural experience and understanding becomes not an advantage toward success, but a prerequisite. Business is one of the acts of devotion to Allah. We have arranged opportunities to bring ourselves closer to Allah. We have approved opportunities to think and getting ourselves ready to uphold the shariah (rules) and the characters of Allah. Business is an arena to seek "taqwa" (fear of Allah). There is now the commencement of interactions between the two groups and judgments are taken in the light of goodness to the system and society.
