| Abstract: | Anxiety is one of academic performance affect among university students. Researchers find that who have high level of anxiety will have low academic performance. Therefore, study anxiety should be taken seriously. The Pro SAI is designed to reduce study anxiety and improving students' performance among university students. Students will learn to recognize of study problem sources and find to troubleshoot with these techniques. These are includes module and protocol. The module aimed in managing study anxiety by self regulation skills. The protocol will teach student in reducing study anxiety by techniques such slow breathing exercise as well as relaxation. Biofeedback training is used as method to teach student about self regulation skills. By using biofeedback equipment students can learn the feedback from own body. The training has six participants, these are students' anxiety levels and physiological assessment, as well increase their academic performance. University Malaysia Pahang. The result is shown that the students can reduce both of With Pro SAI, hopefully students can perform better in study and the future. |
