Abstract: At national level, governments have traditionally been concerned with encouraging overseas visitors to their country. International tourism is seen as a means of generating external revenue and attracting investment in tourism plant, resulting in the creation of jobs. For While the significance of international tourism is well recognized, the significance of domestic tourism should not be overlooked. Malaysia, domestic tourism not only enhances territorial integration but it also has a substantial impact on regional and local economies. For many operators it provides the bulk of their business.
