On the one hand, it seems that by all accounts the future of forests in Thailand is dim. On the other, there seems to be a ray of hope over the horizon. Whether that streak of light, which is public perception, can grow fast enough to brighten up the sky before the cloudburst is doubtful. The big question is, therefore, "Can public perception be turned into public action in time to save our forest from being totally wiped out?"en_US
