dc.description.abstractThe concept of "Learning organization" has been adapted by many organizations around the globe and has become the next level of revolution especially in the process of organizational change. It comprises of three building blocks: a supportive learning environment, concrete learning processes and practices, and leadership behavior that provides reinforcement. The call for leaning organization contributes to the Human and Social Development in organization. In this paper, factors i.e. aging workforce and new technology were tested to determine whether it has a significant relationship with learning organization. Fifty human resource managers around Kuala Lumpur from various industries participated in this survey. A structured questionnaire has been developed to collect the necessary data whereby it will serve as a primary data to answer the research objective. Results shows that based on the human resource managers perspective view, aging workforce is an assest whereby they can be trained to update their skills, expertise and knowledge. Therefore, it contributes to the learning organization. New technology can also boost the company's performance.en_US
