dc.description.abstractThis study investigated managerial stress in private sector Malaysia by using Pressure Management Indicator (PMI) to examine stressor and strain relationship (satisfaction, organization, mental and health well being) and moderating effect of social support between stressor and strain among managers in Malaysia. Self report survey was use to collect data from 344 managers and hierarchical regression was used to examine the moderating effect. Results showed PMI was a reliable tool to use, negative relationship between stressor and strain, social support was found as the moderating effect in predicting organization and mental well being among the managers in Malaysiaen_US
