Abstract: | This paper attempts to investigate the Causal relationship between GDP growth and Foreign Direct Investment (Inflows) in the economy of Japan for the time period 1981-2007. Study of stationarity, co-integration, Vector Error correction model are used to explore this relationship. This finding confirmed that there exists no Causal relation between FDI and GDP growth in the economy of Japan over the period of the study. |
